10. Virtual Coins and Digital Items

• Are virtual digital goods with no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged between users
• Cannot be redeemed directly for cash by users
• Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• Remain the property of Talk to Friend and are licensed for use within the Platform only

10.2 Usage of Virtual Coins

Coins may be used for the following purposes:

• Accessing premium voice and video interactions
• Sending virtual gifts to other users
• Unlocking enhanced app features and exclusive content

11. Reward Points and Withdrawals

Hosts on the Platform do not receive Coins directly from users. Instead, they earn Reward Points based on their engagement and activities within the app.

11.1 Nature of Reward Points

• Are virtual reward units granted to eligible Hosts
• Cannot be traded, sold, or transferred to other users
• Are redeemable only after successful verification and compliance checks
• Are subject to withdrawal thresholds and processing requirements

11.2 Withdrawal Eligibility and Requirements

Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified Hosts who have completed the following:

• Aadhaar and PAN-based Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
• Bank account verification and linking
• Fraud prevention and safety review conducted by Talk to Friend
• Compliance with all applicable Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

11.3 Tax Deductions and Legal Compliance

The Company may deduct applicable taxes, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), as required under Indian law. Hosts are responsible for reporting their earnings and complying with all applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

11.4 Withdrawal Processing

Talk to Friend reserves the right to review, delay, or deny withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, incomplete verification, or legal requirements. All withdrawal decisions are made at the sole discretion of Talk to Friend.
